FameSense Sentiment Engine

FameSense sentiment is based on deep learning algorithms that can be adjusted by use case, industry, or customer need.

Dake offers two options for sentiment: FameSense sentiment
Dake has trained different machine learning models using tens of millions of examples reviewed by humans and combined these classifiers to achieve an average 90% accuracy. We achieve a high accuracy by applying the latest deep-learning methods by using neural networks. The algorithms are able to interpret human emotions, basic types of irony, and sarcasm

Customer specific sentiment, based on one of three methodologies

  • Custom machine-learning categories. Customers can train their own
    machine-learning sentiment models
  • Rules: Users have the option to apply rules using advanced Boolean queries to override the generic sentiment i.e., “if then else” rules
  • Manual curation: Sentiment can be manually overridden by humans in the system interface. It’s possible to use a thirdparty tagging system and then upload the results into Dake’s system via Excel Upload or API
